Sottoriva C8 Cream Cooker
The Sottoriva C8 Cream-Cooker can make creams, ice-creams, egg-
flips, chocolates, and much more.
The jacket between the stainless steel bowl is filled with mineral oil. It
will not allow your product to burn during the cooking process.
The C-Model is equipped with a bowl tilt for easy pouring. You can
not find a more simple and effective product on the market.
There are several more sizes available.
