Sottoriva Double Arm Mixer With Removable Bowl
The Sottoriva Double Arm Mixer With Removable Bowl is
particularly fit for bakeries, bread stick factories,
confectionery and pastry shops.
The particular double arm system oxygenates the dough, but it
doesn’t warm it, altough it has a high working speed.
The carriage can be extracted and the arms are adjustable as to height.
The bowl is made of stainless steel.
